Flags in the quad

Recently, KAPJ put up flags representing dead soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. This left me wondering, "where are the flags for the Iraqis and Afghans?"

I realize that the amount of flags would make it logistically impractical, but doesn't that say something about how we got to the war in the first place?
